After changing the crank seals, it seems the real reason the Tracker wasn't running right was the 150 main jet! All sorted now and on ebay. Next stop A7!!

Just changed the crank seals on the Tracker, it's running a bit better, but still not quite right. Need to sell it so that I can buy the A7!

Little Beeza off the ramp and about finished, just a brake cable to make up. Bobber out for a frosty spin to the Oak.

Got the front wheel cleaned up and tyre fitted today, chain guard nearly done too.

Yesterday I finished off the wiring, cleaned up the rear wheel and fitted a new tyre to the little Beeza. Nearly there!

The little Beeza had it's new mudguards cut, drilled and fitted yesterday. It's starting to look a lot like a motorbike!

This week I've mainly been fettling and re-assembling the little Beeza.

The wheels need cleaning and new tyres fitting, but I put them back in so I can get it off the bench. 

Neil brought the paintwork for the little BSA back tonight, couldn't help myself, had to drop it on for a look! Cracking job, can't wait to get it back on the road after it's 30 year rest!!

I got the frame and associated rammel for the BSA Tracker back from Derwent Enamellers (and a cracking job they did too!) on Monday, thanks Jim! So I started cleaning bits and putting it back together today.

I picked up the Tracker tank and side panel stickers from Neil at Rebel Print today, they look spot on!

The Tracker fork stanchions came back from the chromers yesterday (thanks Grant), so I got them built back up today with new seals and headstock bearings. Got the tank and panels off to the painter's too.

I stripped down the BSA Tracker the other week. I took the frame, swinging arm and associated parts to the enamellers and sent the fork stanchions for re-chroming. I've since stripped the yokes and fork sliders of paint and fitted new seals and bearings.

Picked up the BSA Tracker and a V50 Guzzi. Thanks to Daz for the help and Mrs Benchdonkee for the loan of the horse truck! Got the Tracker running, sounds sweet, so I'm gonna strip it and get it painted. The Guzzi I'm going to put back on the road as practical winter transport, must be getting old!

A retired chap over the road had been telling me about a BSA his brother has had sitting in his shed for 30 years. The stuff that dreams are made of!! Anyway it turned out to be a Tracker, formerly an NVT Rambler, built in the death throes of the British bike industry in the late 70's. It uses a BSA monoshock frame, Yamaha engine and electrics and Italian suspension and wheels. So at least the engine should be ok!
